I love these! I'm not a barefoot, ultra or tri runner, but I assume they are all as accurate as the Shiz Runners Say video...which is pretty LOL-funny accurate. (guilty)

The barefoot runner one is my brother in law, to a T. He bought a couple of pairs of "barefoot" shoes and is suddenly an expert. LOL.
