For half a second I thought that was a picture of the world's largest 'gator!
Here in Newport we cover the rusting steel with rocks and call it a jetty. No where near as interesting a photo subject I must say. Great photo!

It's an artificial barrier reef in San Juan. I love this photo because of the composition and the colors and because it really does look like a lot of other things from this angle.
I'm with GeorgiaSnail, it looks like the tail of an alligator gliding on by in the water.
