The post's title sums up my week of 'round the clock activity.
I get up, go run, shower, eat breakfast, get to the office early, work through lunch at my desk, leave the office late, eat dinner, check email and crash holding a book or staring at the TV. I'm not complaining, just explaining.
As for yesterday's photo, it is indeed a sculpture outside the Museum of Contemporary Art in Los Angeles. Unlike the linear pattern of my days, this artfully arranged wreckage aptly reflects my mental state at the moment.

Happy Run, Eat, Work, Sleep Anne
I'm glad to hear you can start your day with a run. It's a good jump start to the day.
I can relate. Really. We should start a support group or something.
I hope the running helps to clear the cobwebs.
I hear you Anne. Hope the weekend is just what you need to rejuvanate!
My weeks have been more like - run, run, eat, eat.
Sounds good to me!
I hope your morning runs went better this week than my one this morning. Can we say I froze to death, or rather, my Gatorade did?!
Sorry to hear you are so crazy at work. I don't like working through lunch either but sometimes you have to. Try to stay sane.
Ha, that was my exact Friday post! Groundhog Day and we're Bill Murray.
yeah...that's been my week (only without the running...since I'm resting my hip this week)...which means I'm also cranky.
At least we are able to run and Hey we have a job - could be worse. ; )
Hoo boy, you stole my life. Except for the running bit.
This sounds very much like my schedule as well. I just started running again only doing a max of 4 days a week. Hopefully I can build that up or get more miles in during those 4 days.
ditto, me too. Except for TV. something had to go. You might not be complaining, but I am! I need more from life, although I am indeed Very Grateful I can run, sleep and work. (I threw that last bit in just to appease the gods... can't be too careful.)
